Onboarding tasks - let existing new employees see changes

Provide the ability to edit tasks and make them visible to existing new employees. possibly with identification of the changes like we have with Applicant profiles

Adding additional users to job approval

When a job is added to a recruiter's dash by a hiring manager, we would like to be able to add extra approvers without losing the existing approvals as we have a multi-layer approvals system.
