Printing a copy of View Report for completed appraisals

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Currently when you print this report only the date it is printed appears on the report and not the date that the appraisal was actually completed. This can cause confusion when printing out copies of past appraisals as the date can be misleading and makes it look as though the appraisal has been tampered with. Can the report be amended to include the 'completed on' date and also a 'printed on' date that is clearly labelled.
