Provide the ability to edit tasks and make them visible to existing new employees.
possibly with identification of the changes like we have with Applicant profiles

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Our Onboarding tasks are being used as a resource for new/existing employees sometimes standards or links change - we can't provide the amended information to anyone who has already accepted the contract. From KP Impact of changes - changes are only visible to new employees - not existing |
