Universal questions for application Forms

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Often multiple Applications forms have same profile questions (e.g. Visa Eligibility or Equity questions) however if there is a change to any question/section/page that needs to be done manually by editing individual application forms which is very cumbersome when you have a large number of application forms.
We need an ability to either bulk update application forms or be able to create universal application form sections which auto update ( in all applicable forms) as soon as the parent section is updated, similar to onboarding workflow tasks.
This would save time/work -effort for recruiters or super users and would be a great value-add.

More control over Profile questions would be very useful
Currently I am running templates and getting my form builders to use those to get the standard question sets out there in the format we need
This would be extremely helpful for managing our 23 campus applications. Currently we have a "base" set of questions configured from the Chancellor's Office that all campuses must utilize so we have standard questions for systemwide reporting. Campuses can add additional custom pages that they need on a per campus basis, but we would like the ability to have a systemwide base application or base pages that we can bulk update where the specific question/page is being used. This would be a great value add for all our recruiters on campus and central super users.
