The idea would be to add a customisable tab to the applicant record or application to track which pre-employment checks a candidate has completed and which still need to be done. Ideally it would be good to be able to determine our own list of pre-employment checks and have a checkbox or a date field against each one to record if/when it has been completed. It would also be good to be able to see all candidates in 1 spot to see where the gaps are or at least be able to report on those fields via enhanced reporting.

Be able to record in PageUp and view at a glance which candidates have completed all pre-employment checks and documentation and are ready for offer. |
