Add a customisable tab to the applicant record or application to track completion of mandatory checks/documentation

The idea would be to add a customisable tab to the applicant record or application to track which pre-employment checks a candidate has completed and which still need to be done. Ideally it would be good to be able to determine our own list of pre-employment checks and have a checkbox or a date field against each one to record if/when it has been completed. It would also be good to be able to see all candidates in 1 spot to see where the gaps are or at least be able to report on those fields via enhanced reporting.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Be able to record in PageUp and view at a glance which candidates have completed all pre-employment checks and documentation and are ready for offer.
