Also, currently even when a waitlist is manually moved to booked, they do not receive any communication, schedule, calendar invite, location etc. Comms should be sent (A new development activity has been added.. standard system template) each time a booking happens, even if it is via clearing of the waitlist. A Notification email to be sent to the employee who is at the top of the wait list for a learning activity when there is a new timeslot is added or available. Separate the wait list out of the general attendees list. It would be helpful for staff to be waitlisted at the course/activity level and not just at activity/event/timeslot level. If we don't do this, everyone will sign up for the first hour and be wait listed causing an over booking situation. The same is true for specific learning activities. If we want to have a small class, we have to have the ability to turn off wait listing to limit the class size. "
