The benefit is that recruitment decisions are delivered accurately to the applicant. Under recruitment process statuses, those status where additional forms are set, user should be able to set a time out for these forms to be completed by.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Recruitment process statuses that trigger additional forms cannot be time out or removed from the applicant after it has been triggered. This may cause problems where the wrong recruitment decision is delivered. ie. application may be moved to rejected status but if the applicant completed the additional form, the status will be changed out of rejected status. |
