Please remove the possibility for a learning activity to be put on a development plan multiple times. (sit both on In Progress & Completed tabs)
We have uncovered, much to the confusion of our learners, that even though a learning activity sits in the completed tab of a development plan, it can still be added (booked) into their development plan again.
This has caused an issue for a compliance piece of eLearning (activity without a timeslot). Initially, we invited everyone to search the catalogue to complete the activity (which 1/3 have done) now we are at the stage we NEED it completed and went to book it into everyone's development plans - however, it's been double booked on people's plans, they're confused why they need to do it again - lots of back and forth.
This would simply be solved by the system being able to book it onto everyone's plans that have 'touched' the activity plan (eg might also be sitting on their in progress tab)
Once a learning activity is complete - it is complete, learners do not need to 'attend' or 'complete' again. If they want to go back to refresh their memory they can access the content from their completed tab - or chat with the Manager, because perhaps it's not the right solution.

Hi, this change was recently deployed, that allows learning activities to be prevented to be readded by the learning administrator

Based on our product strategy, this idea falls outside the current direction of our product. Should we look in this direction in future, this idea may be reassessed.
The main reason for this is due to the expected workflow in regards to reassigning or renewing compliance courses which my need to be redone at later dates.
I would respectively disagree - what about compliance courses that need to be reassigned and renewed? It should be on their development plan more than once. I think what would be more useful is if the development plan were not based on timeslots and is instead based on title.
It would be great if we could have the option if we want it to be placed a second time on someone's development on not I have modules that need to be repeated and if the module is not assigned and the employee does not complete it (again) we could be in trouble with the State or Federal agency.
