Have Action & Measure template carry over when an employee clicks on 'Add Objective' or 'Add Value Objective'

Our former Customer Success Manager (CSM) set up Action & Measure branded templates for our Performance Conversation Objectives and Value Objectives. However if an employee clicks on 'Add Objective' or 'Add Value Objective', the template does not get carried over. The CSM had to create five set blank Objectives and Value Objectives in our review template to work around this, but if an employee has a sixth Objective, they'll have to copy and paste the branded template, which is not ideal. We need the template to carry over when they create a new Objective or Value Objective.
