Filter Options in Flexible Forms/NextGen PDs

With a high volume of unique job descriptions across numerous divisions and departments, it would be helpful to be able to filter the NextGen Position Description Library. Right now the only function to find a PD is a general search bar. Being able to filter by Name, Position Number (unique identifier), Department, Division, etc. would be very helpful to find what you are looking for, manage access, etc. Anyone using NextGen can benefit from this.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

To add specific filters to the Flexible Forms/NextGen Position Description Library (i.e., Name, Department, Division, Position number or unique identifier, etc.) to more easily find a PD, manage access, organize PDs, and make PD management more efficient and streamlined.

    This is a critical need for business process efficiencies and training users. The current search function is very cumbersome and takes more time than necessary. Thank you.
