To be able to select NextGen PDs and "Bulk Assign" position descriptions to applicable "Groups."

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Since many companies have a high volume of position descriptions and we want to be able to quickly manage access to them, it would be great to be able to "Bulk Assign" them to Groups. For example, be able to select all Position Descriptions in the Athletics department and Bulk Assign to a Group that includes the Athletic Director and the Line Executive. Having to manage and update access is very time-consuming so bulk actions would be helpful in NextGen Position Descriptions. |
