Additional filters on Apply job template window

To assist with this, is it possible to add an additional filter like Recruitment process, Program (sub department) or Company (Job sector) to the attached search window?

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Finding the correct job template when Applying the template from the sourcing channel.


Where the titles can be similar across different brands/ companies, this can only be achieved at this stage by including the brand name in the title of the Template which then can flow on to the job card when used to open a job earlier in the process which we do not want to occur.


Eg attahed, even when using the Department filters (Business Unit), we still get many results.
