Add multiple learning modules e.g. policies to an overarching task so team members receive one policy with all tasks for policies outlined rather than an individual email for each task.
Submit feedback for policies within the task itself rather than receiving a secondary email for every policy to obtain feedback.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We have several policies that all team members are required to review at least annually. This works out to be around 8 policies per month for every team member. Assigning each policy individual and then the survey emails means our team are getting bombarded with around 16 emails each review period. This is overwhelming and offputting. We want to remove any potential barriers from this process. |
