When using the One-Up-Manager to review annual evaluations within approval process the One-Up-Manager must go into their team to find the open task, unlike the manager and employee who have open tasks on the dashboard. We propose allowing the One-Up-Manager to view open tasks on the dashboard.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
It is confusing for the On-Up-Manager to have a different approach to access reviews that are waiting their review. Having open tasks appear on the dashboard will make their navigation much easier. |
