It is useful to enable direct appointments to be processed more quickly, and would be valuable where a job will only have minimal number of applicants and the recruiter can be proactively contacted to ensure the job is progressed as quickly as possible. Often direct appointments are time sensitive and avoiding any processing delays would be desirable.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We are trying to notify our recruiter when an applicant who has been invited to apply for a direct appointment (so will only have one or two applicants) completes their application. Would like an email to be automatically sent when the application drops in to New status (and probably Submitted as well in case there is a reason for the application to stay in Submitted status) so that the recruiter is advised and able to progress the direct appointment quickly. |
