I have created a status - Application Update. Which is 'keep warm' process to candidates who have applied for a job. Their application is not yet under review, it is just to update them of future timelines of when they wll be contacted and what to expect. For now I am using he Recruitment Step 'Non Reportable' because it is not 'New' and it is not 'Review 1' so I feel this is my only option. Would be great to have a Recruitment Step called 'Application Update' or similar.

Have a similar issue where the recruitment steps available are not relevant to the application step. We have a status of recruitment cancelled and also need to put into Non Reportable which is not optimal.
