yes please - currently if we have to update/correct an onboarding task it does not flow through to the new employee
You need to run them back through a contract acceptance again to pick up the modified onboarding workflow - not great as you need to make sure provisioning is not done again
We have people that are hired in various ways, so it makes onboarding workflows very tricky. For instance, we might first hire a faculty member effective 8/23 and use a faculty workflow. Once they accept, we may decide that we want to get that faculty member on our payroll earlier over the summer so they can prepare, conduct research, etc. In that case, we would select a different onboarding workflow. There are different teams that approve these different requests, so since the 8/23 hire isn't known to the approving team, the hire ends up with a workflow that is appropriate for the summer (and is abbreviated) and doesn't have the true faculty onboarding workflow that is needed. Having the ability to refresh an onboarding workflow would be a tremendous help.
