What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Develop a new onboarding tile for hiring managers dashboard for easily access onboarding tasks. Onboarding tasks are post offer phase and it would make it easier for users to easily identify and access

    Hiring manager dashboard looks like it was designed by someone who has never actually sat with a hiring manager to observe all the things they need to do during the recruitment process. They need something simple that flows from one step to the next and clearly shows where they are up to. Our managers wouldn't even think to scroll down the bottom all the way past the gigantic advertising tile (that is no longer relevent when they're up to onboarding) and find the onboarding tile hidden at the bottom of their screen.

    Managers need to be able to easily see what they need to do next as soon as they login, without having to worry about which job a particular applicant might be linked to before they can search them.
