Onboarding tasks to go to other areas of the business

Have an option to add in an email for a workflow that is outside of hiring manager, employee, manager etc Such as being able to setup a workflow for IT to setup a new starter.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

It would be good to setup workflows that went to other areas of the business for Onboarding new staff not just manager, employee and hiring manager.

    Umm -talk to CSM - it is called Provisioning

    we use it to send details by email to ICT to set up user account/password.

    Email generated when the applicant completes the New Starter form
