    Allow the Journal feature to be used if using Employee Services

    It would benefit those on same teams to have the same features regardless of their performance management access.

    Job card - Auto Save

    An Auto Save function. automatically a set period e.g. 10 minutes - possibly a User setting or Global or if platform detects User is leaving the page - prompt with an opportunity save changes or actually go ahead and Save anyway.

    Consistent name display throughout system
