During Recruitment Process move to initiate a background check via API, there is a field called cost center that is available. This field is a look up table, we would like this to be a free text field. Or if this could be flexible to accommodate both free form or lookup table as needed. Our campuses have unique chart field strings to enter here and they change so often that we wouldn't want them to be in a look up table, we would want it to be free form. Free form also allows for maximum flexibility.
