Remove Postings Automatically When Req in Offer Status

Create functionality to remove postings when a req is moved to Offer status. This can also be added as an option when initiating an offer.

Keep old version of Offer documents in the Applicantion Documents visible and accessible

When Changes are made to an Offer Contract, this has to be deleted a new one re-merged. however, the old version is not kep creating confusion. I suggest keeping a copy of the old document
