Remove the mark complete or approval workflow dependency on the Viewer Collaborator access. We need hiring managers to view what is in the recruitment brief regardless of the form status in Draft vs Complete.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We leave recruitment briefs in draft throughout the recruitment process. Hiring Managers and Recruiters incorporate new strategies along the way. We are not allowing Hiring Managers to make edits or use the comment feature with the brief to avoid inappropriate remarks since we are unable to delete or remove information. As a company under government regulations, we are subject to open records and need to restrict what is added to records. |
I should have titled this as Collaborator with Viewer Access is RESTRICTED. The form must use the Mark Completed Workflow to move form from Draft status to Complete. The Collaborator Access uses the workflow to determine when the "Viewer" can see the form. This is currently not working and has been reported.
