We hope to customize the layout and format of the forms, similar to some online form builder but simpler. Below are some suggestions:
- provide drag & drop function, allowing dragging and dropping the fields to designated location
- provide inserting, deleting, splitting and merging rows and columns functions
- provide a field to edit css / html, same as the current existing "Validation Expression"
- enhance the "Item Library" in forms management

Trigger fields with some conditional items e.g. OR AND - not just IF. Or allow OR to meet criteria e.g. job is temporary - allow an End date OR text in a different field to met mandatory criteria.
