Make permissions effective in all areas of the recruitment system. ensure that the security boundaries defined in permissions have no loop holes that allow for functioning outside the parameters that have be set by the Administrators for a reason....

    User Management - System should remove position info when user is archived

    When a user is archived either manually by a SuperUser or by a PageUp delivered User File the system should remove the Position information from their profile to avoid errors on future requisitions (jobs).

    Hiding Contract files or folders by Teams

    Add a teams link to contracts so you can make certain contracts available to certain teams only

    Convert Team Link drop down to a look up field on the job card - add Display options - can only see 8 to a page

    please allow a display option like on other Display areas (e.g. Manage Applicants) to let you control number of teams on any given window. 20, 50, 100 or Show All

    Hide Internal Forms from some permission groups

    We have been give several solutions like turning off permissions and hiding answers but these are either not possible or don't work. Ideally we would like the permissions to work, otherwise to be able to Hide Answers.

    Reduce bias in application feed

    Applications appear to be sent to panel alphabetical by first name. Applications that start with letters down the alphabet R-Z, etc. are inevitably last in the list and panel spends less time reviewing them because they are last by default of name...
