Ability to limit access to 'Document from library' in the 'Documents' tab

The ability to remove access to the 'Document from library' in the 'Documents' tab for some user groups. Position descriptions and contract templates are stored in this location that only HR staff should be able to access not hiring managers.

Add additional field that would allow for campuses to filter by Brand ID and potentially Department ID. Specific case the field is titled Campus, but would differ for other clients base on industry/region, etc.
