Make the "Public Instructions" box and the "Guidance Information" box rich text fields

Make the Event "Public Instructions" box and the Venues "Guidance Information" box rich text fields so that text can be formatted.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

We would like to be able to use these boxes for relevant information but currently once you have more than a sentence, it looks too messy due to the inability to space the content out, make key information bold, etc.

    Hello Tammie,

    Thank you for your suggestion. We have observed that the majority of our customers prefer using the comms template to include generic information currently found in public instructions. This approach allows them to reduce text and format it according to their preferences. For example, generic details about cancellations and attendance expectations can be incorporated into the comms template.

    Therefore, we will mark this idea as "not aligned" for now, until we hear more of this request from a broader customer base.
