Make permissions effective in all areas of the recruitment system. ensure that the security boundaries defined in permissions have no loop holes that allow for functioning outside the parameters that have be set by the Administrators for a reason....

Sending an Applicant a New From

When sending a new form it asked to "Select an additional information form" however, you do not actually select that form type rather an Internal Form. Changing the instruction to include the correct form type would prevent confusion.

An auto complete function

When a candidate accepts a position, it automatically closes the posting so it comes off our HR jobs page that applicants view.

Team access to requisitions - Job Card Permissions - Change to DepartmentID and/or SubDepartmentID

In the manage permission group, change the "teams" assigned to group to departmentID and/or subdepartmentID so the right permission groups can view all requisitions within those departments assigned.

Create a bulk more on candidate in line with the bulk move within a job.

Cascading goals - strategic goal alignment

Currently if you cascade a goal/objective to a team member it cascades the goal without the strategic goal alignment. This idea would be to also cascade the strategic goal alignment so the team member doesn't have to re-enter this or leave it blank.
