Manage jobs- Search - Currently sourced - identify jobs that have not yet opened

Current Manage jobs search option "Currently sourced" provides Yes/No. it does not distinguish No from jobs where the sourcing channel has not yet opened. Add a third option - "Waiting open" or words to that affect.

Increased Number of Reporting Codes

Option to increase reporting codes. For example Onboarding Offer MASTER has up to 200 codes. When using these codes for payroll imports, HR Data, recruitment data etc they do get used.
