We have applicants that apply to multiple positions (say they apply to a admin assistant position, but we have three, so they apply to all three). That means that if they use the same references, all references will receive three emails to provide the same information 3 times - this confuses the referee. Can there be a button added to the reference section that asks the applicant after each referee they add, unless it is a new referee - "Do you wish to use the same reference reply to this position or would you like this referee contacted for a new reference?" - and then when the referee answers the survey or uploads a letter, it is applied to all the positions the person applied to?

Streamline the process so that referees don't have to keep doing a reference form for each position someone applies to. |

This idea doesn't align with our current design, as the reference feature is intentionally associated with a job. We will consider revisiting this if we receive more customer requests.
