Remove duplicated additional forms from applicant portal

Have a 'delete' option in the history for the additional form(s) that are incomplete or not started only.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

The ability to hide or remove forms on the applicant portal that are no longer required to be completed.

Some statuses trigger an additional form which is required the 1st time. However at times they are put back into that status during the recruitment process, but we do not need the form triggered again.
