Bulk Update Manager of Performance Reviews

Being able to bulk update the manager assigned to performance reviews allows flexibility in assigning new/acting managers for a large organisation with large teams and frequent movement, reduces admin work and saves time

Remove Option to select Non-Current Recruitment as a Job Status

My suggestion, is to remove the list of Non-Current Recruitment options from the Status drop down list, and only show the Current Recruitment options. This will remove the risk of a user closing the Job Card via the incorrect method.
