No Response to an online offer - moved to a an offer declined status

Provide the ability to withdraw an offer if the applicant does not accept the online contract within a nominated period. possibly a system date if one is available.

move the applicant to a nominated status and contract status to declined

What business value are you trying to achieve?

reduce chasing applicants who do not respond to online contract offers

      Perhaps a button on the Requisition/Job next to the offer the allows us to withdraw the offer?

      This is something we really need as well to cut down on recruiter effort, especially in very large recruitments.

      An extra consideration is whether it's recorded in the system as declined versus expired/forfeited. I feel like a "declined" is when the applicant is the actor, whereas "expired/forfeited" is when the system/business is the actor. Probably safe to assume that if they don't respond, they are therefore declining, but I think it'd be valuable to be able to easily differentiate who actually said no and who didn't even bother to respond
