Rescinding/Declining offer steps:
1. Open the job card
2. Scroll to the Headcount Management section.
3. Click the name of the applicant who declined the offer
4. Click Offer Declined against the relevant application to open the offer card
5. Click Offer Accepted to No
6. Click Offer Declined to Yes
7. Click Save on the offer card
8. The offer will then be removed from headcount management on the job card
9. Once completed, the position will be available for the creation of a new offer.
Free up the position when there is an offer rescinded. Current work around is to move the offer to declined radio button.

Automate the process to free up the position when an offer is rescinded, instead of having to manually go to the offer card and select 'yes' to the Offer Decline field. |
