Supervisor able to email PD to employee for review

currently we seem to have to print out the PD to discuss with the employee and get feedback, which is counter to the "paperless office" idea behind the system. The employee would have to be able to make comments separately from the body of the PD

What business value are you trying to achieve?

This would help track communication between the employee and supervisor. They should still meet to discuss items, but an electronic record would be efficient.
