Once a referee has responded it would be of benefit to the applicant if an automatic email could be sent advising of the completed referee report. This email could be linked to an automatic status update so from a managers perspective we can view how many referee reports each applicant has completed based on their status.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Allowing applicants to be aware of their completed referee responses. This will reduce the amount of inquiries received and allow applicants to follow up incomplete referee reports. |
