What business value are you trying to achieve?
can you make Reference Checks inside application statuses able to have an editable email rather than being tied to system standard comms template. all other features have custom messaging

    In the Recruitment process you can tie it to a particular reference check form. Allow this option to also allow a custom email template instead of the system standard
