a few suggestions
ability to select how many referees are requested on a particular application form (currently system standard only e.g. 3)
option to make some optional instead of all mandatory on a given form
control over the referee type pick list
ability to send a heads up message in advance of the actual referee distribution. i.e. companies have spam filters - send an email without links to let the referee know it is coming and be in a position to respond if they do not get the actual referee email
ability to send a reminder after a certain number of days
in the online reference check form - allow conditional questions
once completed - send the referee a copy of what they submitted (with a controllable message template)
improve capacity of platform to process bulk reference requests - currently try to keep it to ten or less applicants to stop platform falling over
Update Recruitment Process so that an application status can be linked to a referee form (this is already possible) but have a custom communication template
rather than the system standard.

We are also very interested in having more flexibility around collecting referee information! The ability to choose how many referees are required for a given job/on a given application form would be especially useful.
I think that other methods for communicating with referees (e.g., the ability to send ad-hoc emails or send a confirmation notification upon submission of the reference check form) would also be helpful.
Have the Applicant's name appear in the Online Reference check form " You are completing an Online Reference Request for firstname lastname"
the amount of referees who complete a form for a different applicant is quite surprising
Yes - I am liking the referee enhancements coming - I have seen it.
- email reminders and ability to unlock a referee response to allow changes- GOLD
If we could get the ability to set a custom Communication template when an applicant is moved to a status associated with a referee trigger it would be very useful
