Confirmation Email for Submitted References

When an applicant is transitioned to an application status that sends a reference request to their listed references the referees get an email with a link to the form and a reminder email. It would be great if they would also receive a confirmation email that their form has been submitted.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Referees should recieve a confirmation email after they submit an online reference check form.

    Referees are currently not receiving a confirmation notifying that the referee report has been submitted. Consequently they email or call us directly to confirm receipt of their report. It would be helpful for referees to receive confirmation once they have submitted their report. Thank you.

    Referees currently receive a confirmation message on their screen after submitting the online reference check form. Therefore, will be great to understand what unmet need this idea intends to address by sending referees another confirmation message via email and the underlying value to you as customers.
