Interview Forms: Email Link to Interviewer 10 Mins Prior to Event

Can there be an email reminder that goes out to the assigned member of an event, that directly links them to the relevant form and candidate?

We would need to set something up in the new event booking that allows for the relevant form to be selected at the booking stage.

This way, our managers would simply need to click a link to access the correct form, assigned to the correct candidate once the interviewee comes in.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Having the correct documentation is important to us to create a fair and just recruitment process.

We want to make the managers lives easier, and eliminate the risk of incorrect interview guides being used, or paper forms being used instead.

Promoting in system guides being used will save us all so much time in the long run, and if we could make it that little bit more easier with a reminder and a link, it would make a huge difference.

This would be amazing. I used to use Greenhouse as an ATS and when you booked an interview with people through the system, the .ics file that the system created had a link in the email body that linked to an "Interview Kit" which had the interview form to fill out, candidate information including resume and general interview information.

It was a seamless experience for the hiring manager, as they just clicked the link in their calendar invite, filled in the form and submitted. Super easy and intuitive experience for them.
