We put instructions for retrieving the offer letter from PageUp right on the landing page for the employee portal. To be fair, it's a LOT of clicks. New Hires who are relocating especially need their offer letters to be super convenient as they seek to rent apartments, get mortgages, etc.
We really need to get a copy of the signed offer letter or at least the time stamp on it to put in new hires files. They are also wanting this to present to banks when they are relocating here and have to find housing.
Our offer contracts are automatically integrated into our HRIS where the candidate can review their contract. It would be good to have the this as a signed pdf version.
The ability for the applicant to later view their offer documents is not that intuitive. They have to go back and look at their application, which most people do not think to do. For this reason, I upvoted this idea.
Hi Mark,
Yes, we have explained this to many, many of our future new starters, however, it is usually once they have started with us and no longer want to be going into their profiles to do a download copy of their offer letter, so to have it automated for them, like the way docusign works would be great.
contact CSM - you can actually have the offer documents permanently available to the applicant from their applicant profile- System setting - "App can view docs after offer accept"?
