Preferred: Provide a new PDF of the offer letter that includes the employee's "signature" and acceptance date at the bottom.
OR
Provide a notification within the candidate portal that provides the acceptance date that corresponds to the offer letter terms.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Candidates often need proof of job offer/acceptance to assist with relocation housing. Currently we utilize the online offer acceptance functionality, but the candidate cannot see/retrieve that information |
PageUp is working with Dropbox Sign, to provide eSignatures - Sign and Accept. This functionality allows Recruiters to send offer documents to applicants so they can digitally sign them. This will provide customers with additional confidence in the validity of the eSignature acceptance of your offer documents.
