Currently, we are experiencing a bottleneck, where candidates accept an offer, and take an excessive amount of time to complete their new start paperwork. We propose having an option, where the offer cannot be accepted without the candidate submitting their new start paperwork. This will prompt the candidate to obtain and complete their paperwork (tax file dec, super etc.) in a timelier manner, as they will be motivated by needing to accept their offer. This will reduce the amount of followup required by the recruiter and reduce onboarding time frames.
