New Starter form - exempt from Recruitment process setting

Allow New Starter forms to remain active even if job is closed

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Managers close jobs before applicants are able to complete the new starter form

setting "Hide additional forms to applicants when job in non current recruitment status"

John - you should not be able to close a job card if active applicants are still present. I appreciate you give a warning and show an easy way to get to the affected applicants but it is still happening and this leads to some poor outcomes. applicants still active and New employees unable to complete New Starter forms.

I have manual processes and education/guidance to try and prevent this.

I am asking for New Starter form to be excluded from the Recruitment process setting "Hide additional forms to applicants when job in non current recruitment status".

This should not require much in the way of significant code changes to exclude only the New Starter forms.

surely I am not the only client experiencing this???

Thank you for taking the time to share your idea.

After careful consideration, we’ve reviewed your idea and, at this time, it is not aligned with our current product priorities. We haven’t heard similar feedback from other customers. Adding new development to this area carries some risks, as it could impact other users. It would also require significant effort to address what seems to be a more specialised use case.

Please know that your idea is not dismissed; it remains a part of our ideas database and may be reconsidered as our priorities evolve in the future.

We encourage you to continue sharing your thoughts and ideas with us. Your feedback is crucial as we strive to improve and grow.
