When using the "Open Jobs" report template, it includes a filter where Job Closed (job.job_status_current_recruitment) is "No."
However, this filter still includes Postings that have been "Declined" during the approval process, because they have not been marked Closed. And, because the Posting is declined, there's no Status to change and no option to "Close Job" under the Status field on the Job Card.
A Declined Posting either needs to be automatically marked Closed, or the Close Job option needs to be available to manually click by the HR Representative.
