Ability to set up automatic email notification to Recruiter when a candidate has not accepted an offer after X days

Currently PageUp allows you to set up a warning when a candidate has been sitting in a particular status for X number of days. E.g. I have set up a warning for when a candidate has been sitting in 'online offer made' status for 2 days (meaning they have not yet accepted the offer). This warning is helpful, but I am only made aware of this when looking at my recruiter dashboard and I see the warning notification/ alarm bell signal. I can also find this out by actively searching for the candidate's profile.

However, it would be much more helpful (and reduce manual work!) if the recruiter could receive an email notification when the candidate has not accepted the offer after X days. The same approach could be applied when a candidate has not completed their onboarding form after X days.

It would be much easier if recruiters could be notified of these situations, rather than having to remember to check this/look for this. This would be especially handy when managing a high volume recruitment workload as well.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

I would like to make it easier for recruiters to be notified that candidates have been sitting in a particular status for an unacceptable length of time.
