EEO/HR approval is required by our state government when a hiring manager requests to approve. This means, post interview, we must upload a summary of all interviews, and a recruiter not associated with the req must provide approval (essentially a second pair of eyes).
Our current process is to upload this document, then email the recruiter to request it. It would be nice if a feature (like in the notes section) could be added where you could add the person to be notified a document needed their review, even if it was a simple notification that just said "Document Name has been uploaded to ##### Job Title". That would eliminate a step for our team.
