PD distribution to candidates during the recruitment process

We want to be able to send the PD to only shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process (ie: prior to interview). Having the PD publicly available on job adverts isn't ideal as we would like to maintain confidentiality of our internal documents.

How it could work - The PD that is attached to the job requisition could be automatically attached to the candidate interview invitation. This would avoid:

  1. the manual process of having to email the PD and yet another email from us to the candidate on top of the invitation = better candidate experience,

  2. having the PD publicly available for everyone to see,

This would also ensure that any candidates that have been proactively approached (rather than applied to job adverts) are also given the PD to read prior to interview.



What business value are you trying to achieve?

Giving visibility of the PD that is unique to each job requisition to only short-listed candidates at interview stage, however not allowing public access to the PD.
