Blacklist applicants

We should be able to flag his profile and block him from applying to jobs. Maybe the messaging sent to him is that he's already applied to the jobs to which he's currently trying to apply?

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

we have someone who's applied to 225+ jobs in 2021. They've probably only met quals for 10-20 of them. They've been interviewed maybe 5 times and feedback is same on all. He can't explain why he wants to work for us and can't communicate his work, but sure does ask very detailed questions about us, the make up of our teams and specific projects we work on as a DoD contractor. Like he's spying on us trying to gain insights for ill-intent.

I've reached out to him like 4 times begging him not to apply to jobs that require a Masters or PhD just to minimize the time we spend in 'reviewing' him because he only has a Bachelor's degree. It's like he has a bot running. Within moments of us releasing a new job he's applied.

We aren't interested in pursuing this guy at all anymore.

Hi Chuck - thank you for your feedback.

There are a couple of ways that you can achieve a similar outcome.

    1. You can use the applicant flag feature to mark this "serial applier" which will then be associated with this applicant across multiple applications. This flag can then be used as a filter in APB or Manage applications so you can manually disposition the candidate right away.

    2. You can use the application form rules & scoring to auto-disposition the "serial applier". For example, you can assign "5" points whenever the candidate selects PHD as the tertiary degree type.

In this way you can create an application form rule that will auto-disposition this "serial applier" (or even move to ineligible) and any other candidates that will get a score of less than 5 or 0 (given that the system wouldn't assign them a score if they don't have PHD).

Let me know if this helps you achieve your desired outcome.

we actually have a watch report looking for every time they apply

    then provide advice

we also include requirements on the application from to help quick them out or to provide justification to manually move them to ineligible when you identify they have not been truthful in the response
