When a hiring manager moves an applicant into an application status that sends communication to the recruiter through 'Additional Users', we would like that email to show up in the history of the applicant on PageUp.
Currently it only shows that the status has changed, not the email sent.
If another recruiter needs to go in and book an interview or decline a candidate, they won't have access to the original recruiters email.
What business value are you trying to achieve?
We are using the 'additional users' communication option when changing an application status to notify the recruiter that the hiring manager has moved the status. The email sent to the recruiter includes important information with either feedback or interview/offer information. The point of having all of this information provided in PageUp is to ensure if the recruiter is on annual leave or another recruiter needs to help, that all of the required information is available in PageUp.
